Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other systems. Conduct user training sessions. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within SAP SuccessFactors. Configure and maintain system settings and configurations. Perform data imports, exports, and data maintenance tasks. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Apply system updates and patches. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials. Provide support to end-users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. [Number] years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
