You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to drive product development, streamline processes, and deliver innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and user needs discovery for system enhancements. Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements align with technical solutions. Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, etc.). Support UAT testing, training efforts, and go-live activities. Ensure alignment with PGIM Real Estates technology standards and best practices. What Were Looking For: 5+ years of experience in business information systems, product ownership, business analysis, or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Jira, Confluence, and UI/UX design tools (Figma/Adobe XD). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services is a plus!
