Ability to work with the assigned testing points of contacts and TPO's, facilitate successful cross-functional coordination across all teams. Ability to Align with client and other Health Plan clients regarding the recommended strategy, approach, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing is completed. Execute all the required testing efforts (System, functional, integration, E2E and regression) Ability to manage all end-to-end testing efforts, provide E2E status reporting. Ability to socialize, escalate and assist in remediation of project issues/risks, dependencies & questions. Must be able to manage multiple assignments with deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and documentation skills Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, team handling and task management skills Self-directed, highly adaptive to changing priorities and innovative thinking and possessing a keen eye for detail. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Providing guidance to team members for quality improvements and best practices Required Skills: 7+ years of experience - Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript Software Testing Life Cycle, Quality Assurance and Engineering, QE optimization, JIRA, Strategic Thinking, Mentorship, Quality Review and Agile (Scrum / Kanban), Functional, E2E, Regression, Integration, Performance testing Looking forward to work with you!
