Job Title: Oracle Apps DBA Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Day 1 Onsite and Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Must Have 8 years of Experience. Technical Skills : Implementation/Upgrade experience for the Oracle DBA, Oracle EBS DBA, Oracle Fusion DBA technology skills. Soft Skills : communication abilities, a strong aptitude for acquiring new skills, and extensive experience in implementing diverse solutions and products in the past. Job Description: This requirement is a DBA with an implementation mind set rather than a support mind set. The individual should be able to analyze and implement new solutions. The candidate should be able to provide multiple options for a scenario or a solution. Good understanding of Oracle products including DB, EBS, fusion middleware and Exadata is must. Worked on Oracle EBS migration/upgrades, security patch analysis, OS upgrade. Good understanding/commitment to learn of other middleware and/or open-source software so certain project(s) can be assigned. Participate in the development and deployment of cutting-edge applications, systems, and processes. Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability. Support and train team members on the adoption of new technologies. Good understanding and experience implementing SRE principles and has working experience in the SRE org.
