The CI Automation Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, and integrating automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the ITS organization as well as streamlining the customer service request process through fulfilment. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience working with automation, web development, or similar Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience with networking or systems administration (REQUIRED!!) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group, leadership, and executive presentations.
