Should be in NH or Massachusetts , Need 10 Years Experience Required Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our innovative team in the insurance industry. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our teams through the agile process, ensuring that they understand and embrace the principles of Scrum to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Your primary focus will be on facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure that the project goals are clearly defined and met timely. In this collaborative environment, you will help enhance team dynamics and performance, encouraging self-organization and accountability among team members. You'll be instrumental in scaling Scrum practices across multiple teams, Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and Scrum methodology. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress. Work closely with the product owner to ensure a well-prioritized product backlog. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization. Promote and support the adoption of agile practices across the organization. Use metrics and feedback to guide teams in improving their performance and outcomes. Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably in the insurance industry. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles. Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to recognize and remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration.
