Configure dashboards to enhance visibility into system health and performance. Review and recommend improvements for existing observability solutions. Maintain and update monitoring scripts for Unix and Windows servers. Develop custom monitoring solutions using various performance and log analytics tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business needs. Analyze telemetry data to identify trends and make informed recommendations. Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering monitoring solutions. 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace architecture and best practices. Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Dynatrace One Agent and Active Gates. Experience with AWS CloudWatch for application performance monitoring. Strong analytical skills to resolve application performance issues. Preferred Skills Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level monitoring solutions. Familiarity with ITSM solutions and Event Management processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
