The ideal candidate will have profound expertise in building cutting-edge AI solutions, specializing in Python programming and Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on advancing applications and systems powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT). Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable AI-driven systems utilizing RAG, LLMs, and PEFT methodologies. Implement and optimize Python-based frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability in AI applications. Research and experiment with advanced generative models to innovate new solutions tailored to business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems. Monitor model performance, debug issues, and make iterative improvements to refine outcomes. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Key Requirements: 812 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with significant exposure to Generative AI techniques. Proficiency in Python, along with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Hands-on expertise in RAG and PEFT methodologies and the application of LLMs in solving real-world problems. In-depth knowledge of model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and token optimization strategies. Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and best practices for AI systems architecture. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
