As a lead developer, you will play a pivotal role in the architecture, development, and deployment of complex web applications. You will lead a talented team of developers while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications using Java, Angular 16, Node.js, and AWS Cloud services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements. Architect solutions for both front-end and back-end systems to ensure performance, scalability, and security. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring. Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring adherence to coding best practices. Review and provide feedback on code written by team members to maintain a high level of quality and consistency. Participate in the architecture and design of system components, and lead the troubleshooting of complex technical issues. Optimize application performance for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring a seamless user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the realm of cloud computing and web development. Required Skills and Experience: Java: 5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, Java 8 or higher. Angular 16: 3+ years of experience with Angular 16 and modern JavaScript frameworks, including state management and component-based architecture. Node.js: Solid experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs. AWS Cloud: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway. Strong experience in microservices architecture and design patterns. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Solid understanding of databases: SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Expertise in building scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native applications. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine) and test-driven development (TDD). Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex technical issues. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior developers and leading technical projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
