The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO and Project Systems (PS) with a strong focus on product manufacturing industries. The role will require a combination of SAP expertise and strong project management skills to lead SAP implementations and support ongoing SAP solutions. This position is fully remote and offers competitive compensation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of SAP FICO and Project Systems (PS) experience, with at least 4 years on SAP S/4HANA. Proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP FI/CO and PS modules with strong integration knowledge (MM, SD). Experience in SAP function modules, enhancements, and exits is preferred. Strong project management skills and experience leading SAP projects, from initiation to delivery. Experience with product manufacturing companies (not just software companies). In-depth knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS), specifically in areas of project costing, planning, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO Implementation & Support: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and Project Systems (PS). Configure SAP FI/CO modules and integrate them with MM, SD, and PS modules. Implement SAP PS for project costing, planning, and budgeting, ensuring seamless integration with financial tracking and reporting. Project Management: Manage SAP FICO projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budgets are met. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure business goals align with the SAP implementation. Ensure the successful execution and closure of projects, maintaining high-quality standards. Configuration & Customization: Customize SAP FICO and PS modules to meet specific business needs. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP modules with other systems, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. Implement SAP function modules, enhancements, and exits as required. End-User Collaboration & Support: Engage with business users to gather requirements, identify solutions, and drive system improvements. Provide training and post-go-live support, ensuring end-users can operate SAP FICO and PS modules efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO and PS issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Documentation & Compliance: Create detailed process flows, functional specifications, and technical documentation to support SAP FICO and PS solutions. Ensure that all SAP solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry best practices. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor SAP system performance and look for improvements. Stay updated on new SAP functionalities in SAP S/4HANA, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
