Strong experience in at least one of the following: D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), D365 Customer Engagement (CE), or D365 Business Central (BC). Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), X++, C#, JavaScript, .NET, Dataverse, and SQL Server. Strong understanding of ERP and CRM business processes, including finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, or manufacturing. Experience with integration frameworks and data migration tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-600, MB-700, PL-900). Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or AI/ML integrations in Dynamics 365. Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
