Job Title :- Solution Architecture Corporate Functions Location :- Boston, MA Duration- 12+ months Implementation- TCS Job Description :- Competencies: | Solution and Functional Architect (SAFA) | Experience (Years): | 10 & Above | Essential Skills: | Generic Managerial skills:An experienced team member to lead Corporate Function platforms projects as Solution Architecture capacity. The Lead Solution architect shall be responsible for in depth participating in business requirement refinement with Business Owner and Tech Lead. Solution Architect is a key role on the project roster and shall act as a leadership voice to functional & technical best practices. Solution Architect is responsible for creation of Macro Architecture, detailed Single Design (Technical Design), Process Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Security Architecture Diagram. Solution Architect is responsible for obtaining approval of said documents at various architecture boards including Solution Design Working Council, InfoSec Architecture Review (ISAR), Architecture Review Board (ARB). Must have:Proven experience in the design and implementation of Human Resource system Workday, Cornerstone, Compensation, Equity Shares.- Proven experience in the design and implementation of Oracle ERP on Oracle OCI platform. Consolidated financial statements used for SEC Reporting. Cost allocations for the bank to identify true profitability of different business units. Strategic planning and budgeting process, multiple reporting use cases such as management reporting, factbooks, expense reporting and Spain reporting. Controllership, Regulatory and Cargabal teams for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
