Hi, Title : IAM Engineer Experience : 10+Years Location: Remote Duration : 12+Months Need Only W-2 no C2C Job Descriptions: We are looking for the following one (1) seasoned IAM engineer with 5+ years of experience in: IAM technologies and security best practices Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control. Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar. Knowledge of security protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer to join our team as a contractor or consultant. The primary focus of this role is to design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM technologies and a strong understanding of security best practices. Design, build, and continuously improve IAM systems and technologies to ensure high availability and performance. Implement and manage IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control. Support 24x7x365 production systems as needed, with the ability to problem-solve in familiar systems and applications. Collaborate with other engineers, stakeholders, and architects to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems. Provide exceptional customer support and escalate issues to management as needed. Translate business requirements, designs, and guidelines into high-quality and secure IAM solutions. Analyze existing authorization and ACLs to build roles and access packages. Engage in long-term planning to improve IAM systems and processes. Maintain administrative, technical, and physical security controls on all IAM systems. Preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data stored, processed, or transmitted on IAM systems. Follow all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines related to data security. Mature Conditional Access and Modern Authentication flows and adoption.
