Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. Manage project resources and coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors. Facilitate project meetings, providing agendas and minutes to ensure effective communication. Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope and potential risks. Assist in preparing test plans and ensure thorough testing prior to implementation. Coach and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement. Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of direct project management experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of project life cycles. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address conflicts effectively. Preferred Skills Experience in the finance or brokerage industry. PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification. Familiarity with system development methodologies and deliverables.
