ENTHUSAIUSM & GOOD ATTITUDE are a key ! Requirements: Must have 5 yrs extensive knowledge of supporting and implementing Microsoft Active Directory Services including: Direct the installation of operating systems, network or application software, or computer or network hardware. (Plan/implement changes to client Active Directory services and troubleshoot issues as needed) Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Establish functional or system standards to ensure operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints are addressed. Design and reconfigure virtualization hosts for storage, networking, and performance Configure Disaster Recovery software for local and replicated DR scenarios Troubleshoot issues regarding backup systems and DR systems Manage and maintain virtual machines using virtualization management platforms including VMware, and Microsoft Update settings and configuration for SANs as required Configure Disaster Recovery software for local and replicated DR scenarios Troubleshoot issues regarding backup systems and DR systems Work with the IT Helpdesk to resolve outstanding client issues (Be a single point of escalation for tier 3 issues) Experience with leading a high-performance engineering team in a professional services environment Strong coaching skills. Able to provide constructive criticism in a positive manner. A self-starter who exudes positive energy and can rally those around them to a common goal.
