Competencies: Genesys Engage, CTI Genesys Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: 5+ years hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing Genesys Cloud flows using common modules, data actions, data tables, and other components. The candidate should be able to demonstrate their technical skills and willingness to learn new technologies, particularly Python and JavaScript, which are used for our configurations within Genesys Cloud.
