Plan, install, and maintain MuleSoft applications and software. Administer and support MuleSoft integration platforms (CloudHub and On-Premise). Monitor system performance, availability, and security. Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance. Apply platform configuration changes as required. Deploy and configure integration applications in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Manage deployment strategies, Mule clustering, and load balancing. Work with developers to triage production bugs and troubleshoot production issues. Implement and manage CI/CD DevOps automation pipelines for the MuleSoft platform. Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics using MuleSoft API Manager. Implement and enforce API policies. Manage API security, including SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, and OAuth Respond to and resolve system errors and outages. Troubleshoot and manage runtime servers, ensuring performance tuning of ESB/middleware components. Provide technical support and guidance to development teams. Work with users and other support teams to resolve production issues.
