We are needing an individual who is an effective communicator with the ability to work independently to research issues while also providing transparency to the team. This individual must be detail orientated and take accountability to deliver solutions. They also must take the lead on requirements and business analysis domain. For out of state candidates, they must reside in one of our approved states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin We would like to have someone start ASAP These individuals will be on boarded virtually. Required: Intermediate to Advanced SQL and XML Skills Intermediate to advanced knowledge of 837 EDI transactions Experience with encounter submissions process (CMS & DHS) Experience working in a highly matrixed environment Excellent collaboration & communication skills as this team is completely remote. Four years of relevant work experience as an IT Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst. Knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle. A demonstrable track record of successful requirements documentation. Experience in performing simple SQL queries in either MS SQL or Oracle. Preferred Experience: Experience in health care or managed care. Experience with Project Lifecycles. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
