This role will be responsible for deriving insights from large data sets and launching robust data quality processes that enable partner-facing and client-facing teams to make analytically-driven strategic decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is comfortable tackling internal business operational challenges, and has strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities: Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes Map current and future business processes Work with the business to create UAT test cases and success criteria for solutions and enhancements Facilitate UAT testing for Salesforce functionality roll-outs Prioritize Business requests and negotiate with the business on competing requirements Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to architect technology solutions Develop insights from Salesforce data and dashboards Extract insights from large data sets and communicate recommendations to varied audiences Co-own and support end-to-end development of data quality workflows Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams Collaborate with Monetization Partnerships leaders on key business initiatives and projects Manage database updates based on stakeholder requests Must-Have Skills: Salesforce Admin Certification 8+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, and/or business operations Proven stakeholder management experience including managing multiple cross-functional partners Nice-to-Have Skills: Advanced SQL knowledge Experience driving the full project lifecycle from conceptual strategy to final execution Advanced Excel skills Experience in establishing operational discipline and rhythm Product management experience Experience leading stakeholders at different organizational levels Experience with large-scale change management processes Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative disciplines Job Type: Contract Schedule: 8 hour shift Application Question(s): Are you on PST time Zone Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: sales operations, strategic planning: 10 years (Required) Proven stakeholder management: 10 years (Required) Advanced SQL knowledge: 8 years (Required) Business Operations: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: Certified Salesforce Administrator (Required) Work Location: Remote Keywords: Colorado Business Analyst:: Remote [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2325469&uid= |
