Mandatory experience: 10+ years experience wit installing, configuring and maintaining Windows server hardware and software infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security and performance. 8+ years experience in implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from attacks. 9+ years experience with monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems to minimize downtime. 8+ years experience administering ENTERPRISE Windows Server Environments 7+ years Experience managing and maintaining virtual server environments (VMWare). 7+ years extensive experience installing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise Windows and VMWare server and storage systems. Experience implementing and maintaining server backup solutions. Experience implementing automation of server management tasks. Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting enterprise-level computing environments. Experience implementing and managing Active Directory. Working with end users to develop and implement information technology solutions for user computing needs in a business environment.
