This initiative aims to enhance the current system by automating business functions for improved tracking, monitoring, and auditing of service provider cost reports and submissions. The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification (must be noted on resume) and a strong background in managing large-scale enterprise projects, particularly within state or federal government environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project documentation, presentations, and artifacts in alignment with Texas Project Delivery Framework. Provide weekly status updates (written & verbal) and lead project team meetings. Present reports to leadership and oversight entities (e.g., Executive Steering Committees, QAT). Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clear communication. Monitor project schedule, scope, and budget, ensuring timely progress. Identify and mitigate risks/issues, documenting contingency plans. Oversee SDLC processes, ensuring business requirements translate into technical solutions. Maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of Project Management experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. 8+ years of State of Texas or similar federal/state government PM experience. 8+ years leading legacy system modernization projects. Strong understanding of PMI framework and project delivery methodologies. Ability to manage complex technical and business processes. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework. 5+ years experience with low-code/no-code solutions. 3+ years working with Texas Statewide systems. 3+ years experience with QAT processes for MIRP (Major Information Resource Projects).
