Must have skills: 10-12 years of overall testing experience with 3-5 years of lead experience Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies Experience managing the onsite-offshore team and teams from different time zones. Experience in test coordination with cross-functional teams Experience in the Workday Financial Management application Experience in the retail and accounting/ finance sector Database and API testing Experience in Agile methodology Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and Test Management Tools Nice to have skills Experience in the test automation Experience in the retail domain sales posting, shipping, inventory management Key Responsibilities: Providing Thought leadership in the testing space Leading and mentoring onsite and offshore team Creating Test Strategies and Test Plans Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting Maintaining test data and documentation Working closely with the client project leadership team, developers and support teams Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good oral and written communication Adaptability and Flexibility - adapt to shifting priorities, new requirements, and unexpected challenges without compromising quality.
