Please make sure the candidates resume is aligned accordingly. However, the resume shouldn't be 100% perfect; it should reflect a versatile candidate who has solid knowledge of Endur or similar ETRM tools. PV has an experienced Endur professional on her recruiting team who conducts technical interviews with candidates before their profiles are submitted to the end client. Please dont mention these clients in the resume. Instead, use smaller or less well-known clients. Many energy companies, commodity trading firms, and utilities use Endur.
