The firm is currently looking for an expert in SAP Field Services Management (FSM) to assist with the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, focusing on a relatively new module for one of their key clients. ============================================== Role Overview: Morgan Franklin Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP FSM Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of the SAP FSM module as part of a broader SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment. The consultant will play a key role in configuring and optimizing the FSM module to meet client-specific needs. This is a 4-month contract with a possibility of continued support after the implementation phase. Key Responsibilities: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SAP Field Services Management (FSM) module. Configure and implement the SAP FSM module for the client, ensuring integration with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Work closely with the project team and client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into FSM configurations. Provide guidance on best practices for deploying the FSM module within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of FSM with other SAP modules. Address client concerns and troubleshoot any issues related to the FSM module. Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to the new FSM system. Develop project deliverables, including configuration templates, reports, and documentation. Assist in ongoing support after the initial implementation phase. Required Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in SAP Field Services Management (FSM) module. Strong experience in implementing and configuring SAP FSM, specifically within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. experience in Production (production planning, production, warehousing, EHS,...). Ability to integrate the FSM module with other SAP modules in the S/4HANA Cloud suite. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to FSM. Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to anticipate and address client needs in the FSM implementation process. Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, including templates and reports. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
