You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to identify and document defects, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and user stories for ServiceNow modules and customizations. Execute manual and automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, security, and usability of the ServiceNow platform. Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow ITSM). Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow (e.g., ATF - Automated Test Framework, Selenium). Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure the platform meets their needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and testing best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies within the ServiceNow team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
