This role requires deep expertise in Marketing Automation, Market-to-Lead Management, Campaign Execution, and Sales Enablement, along with strong operational leadership skills to drive marketing efficiency at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, aligning technology with marketing and business objectives. Collaborate with senior marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to optimize marketing workflows, campaign execution, and lead management. Define and manage high-impact product roadmaps Oversee data-driven audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel engagement strategies. Develop frameworks for measuring marketing effectiveness, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for customer data management. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and operational excellence. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology. Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud (Marketo, AJO, Real-Time CDP, Web SDK). Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, digital campaign execution, and marketing analytics. Proven experience integrating Adobe marketing tools with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in Paid Media, Demand Generation, and Web Personalization is a plus.
