This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's HCM suite, with a focus on time calculation rules, accruals, time off plans, absence policies, and business process configuration. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define business processes, and configure solutions within Workday Develop and maintain time calculation rules, accruals, leave plans, and related absence components Configure and optimize business processes tied to time and absence functionality Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation for time and absence components Train client teams on functionality, best practices, and post-go-live support Partner with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HR, and Project Management for successful delivery Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed Required Qualifications: Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and implementation experience with a focus on Time and Absence Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Workday deployment Strong understanding of time calculation rules, accrual management, and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative delivery team Keywords: golang Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant || Location - Remote || 100 % Interview || [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2327789&uid= |
