Experience interacting and leading Business team members during a testing program Experience working with, and directing, third-party Quality Assurance teams Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values SAFe Agile certified preferred Responsibilities: Leading and directing offshore testing programs Maintain knowledge of Quality Assurance leading practices and serve as a thought leader to the organization Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for quality assurance programs Lead QA projects and teams, become an expert in company technology stack, business processes and data exchanges to help ensure proper test coverage and data integrity across all integration points Understand various programming languages (ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python, etc.) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, as well as devOps and CI/CD practices Lead offshore testing programs and maintain knowledge of best QA practices. Identify and implement process improvements for quality assurance and cost reduction. Provide QA training, coaching, and development for senior analysts. Review 3rd party testing programs to ensure compliance with company standards. Lead QA projects, focusing on test coverage, data integrity, and business processes. Understand programming languages (ABAP, Java, Python) and deployment tools (e.g., Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager). Develop and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated). Collaborate with teams to create and maintain test data and assist in defect troubleshooting. Support software testing tools and automation, including framework design and script maintenance. Track and report testing metrics and ensure proper QA processes are followed. Coach, mentor, and improve team efficiency and collaboration. Conduct quality audits and provide process training to IT staff.
