This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, especially the Benefits module and hands-on involvement in multiple Open Enrollment cycles. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of benefits administration, seamless integration design, and data transformation within large-scale Oracle Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and support of end-to-end integrations for Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Benefits and Open Enrollment processes. Configure and maintain Benefit Plans, Life Events, Eligibility Rules, Enrollment Windows, and related business processes in Oracle Cloud. Manage Open Enrollment cycles, including setup, testing, issue resolution, and go-live support across multiple business units or geographies. Design and implement integrations using: HCM Extracts HDL (HCM Data Loader) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Fast Formulas REST/SOAP APIs BI Publisher and OTBI Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and IT teams to understand requirements and develop scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness for Benefits and related HCM modules. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts. Develop documentation, data maps, test plans, and process flows as needed. Offer production support and continuously improve integration efficiency and performance. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with strong focus on Integrations and Benefits. Proven experience with 3 or more Open Enrollment cycles in Oracle Cloud HCM. Deep functional knowledge of Benefits administration, including third-party carrier integrations and compliance requirements. Strong hands-on expertise in: HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC Fast Formulas (Benefits and Payroll contexts) OTBI and BI Publisher reporting Web services (REST/SOAP APIs) Understanding of data security, encryption, and transmission protocols. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
