The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems, particularly in Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. This role will bridge business needs with technical capabilities and ensure seamless SAP implementation, support, and optimization. Responsibilities: Design and configure SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Identify and implement opportunities to automate or improve business processes. Prepare functional specifications and user documentation. Act as liaison between functional teams and IT. Provide production support, break-fix resolution, and enhancements. Support Quality Assurance (QA) team in planning and executing test strategies. Train end-users and improve system adoption across the organization. Communicate system and procedural changes clearly and effectively. Mentor and coach junior team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with client departments, IT, and vendors. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and Finance Applications. Deep understanding of business and IT processes. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High sense of ownership, urgency, and customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in small teams and across departments.
