Job Description: Work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. Develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. Basic Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required. Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or a Non-Computer Science Bachelors Degree with equivalent training in successfully completed Boot Camps or 4 years of related IT experience 5 years of prior experience with Salesforce.com objects to meet business requirements. Demonstrated understanding and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API. Experience supporting Salesforce development and implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile. Demonstrate adherence to all the Salesforce.com best practices. 5 years of experience in Software Development using Object Oriented Programming such as C or Java 5 years of work experience in developing enterprise software using Salesforce.com platform and experience with all of the following Salesforce.com developer skill sets: Apex Classes Strong communication and team building skills. Experience with collaborating with product owners, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a team-based environment. Over 5 years of prior experience with Salesforce.com objects to meet business requirements. Demonstrated understanding and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API. Experience supporting Salesforce development and implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile. Demonstrate adherence to all the Salesforce.com best practices. 3 years of experience in Software Development using Object Oriented Programming such as C or Java 3 years of work experience in developing enterprise software using Salesforce.com platform and experience with all of the following Salesforce.com developer skill sets: Apex Classes Controllers and Triggers Visual force Web Services Experience managing and developing software using version control tools such as GIT and TFS. Demonstrated understanding of snapshotting, Branching and merging, sharing and updating projects, and inspection and comparison of code or code segments. Experience following low-level designs and performing application builds Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems using 3rd party tools. Demonstrate adherence to all the Salesforce.com best practices. Reference able examples of developing custom code for salesforce.com application. Experience in data migration and integration. Strong expertise in various Salesforce.com APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs. Strong expertise in writing test classes and building triggers, batch classes, future methods, etc. Additional Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce Communities. Consulting Cloud certifications (e.g., Sales, Service, etc.). Experience working in a team-based delivery environment, preferably in agile scrum teams.
