Position: SFDC Project Manager(Salesforce Project manager) Location: Houston, TX(Onsite from Day one) Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set goals, establish timelines, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, management, and development teams, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on Salesforce projects. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with project management tools like JIRA or MS Project is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
