Strong, hands-on SAP FSM - (Field service Management) SAP Service Management (SM) SAP Customer Service (CS) SAP CPQ integrations is a plus Strong hands-on SAP S/4 HANA Job Overview Key Requirements: About the Role: We are seeking an SAP FSM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Field Service Management (FSM) for customers Building Solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FSM, Service Cloud, and integration with SAP S/4HANA to drive field service operations, dispatch management, mobile workforce enablement, and customer service enhancements. This role will play a critical part in modernizing the customers service operations, enabling real-time dispatch, optimizing field technician scheduling, and enhancing customer satisfaction through seamless service execution. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end SAP FSM solution architecture, ensuring alignment with the customers business needs and industry best practices. Design and implement field service management workflows, including work order management, technician scheduling, preventive maintenance, service parts logistics, and mobile enablement. Define FSM data models to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, and third-party applications (e.g., IoT, Procore, CPQ). Configure FSM functionalities such as dynamic scheduling, route optimization, work order processing, time tracking, and customer self-service portals. Ensure FSM supports service contract management, warranty tracking, and SLA adherence. Implementation & Integration: Architect FSM integration with SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, PM, PS, CS, EWM) and external systems (fleet tracking, customer portals, CRM, and procurement). Work with Procore integration for project-based service delivery and ensure seamless handoffs from sales to installation to maintenance. Collaborate with technical teams to implement SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for advanced service analytics and mobility solutions. Lead data migration efforts related to installed base, warranties, service history, and technician data. Project Leadership & Change Management: Act as the leadFSM SME (Subject Matter Expert) for customers SAP S/4HANA transformation, guiding the implementation team. Work with stakeholders to ensure user adoption, training, and smooth transition to the new FSM solution. Develop FSM governance frameworks to ensure standardization, compliance, and scalability across customers service operations. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP FSM, CS, or SAP Service Cloud implementations. Proven track record of designing and implementing SAP FSM for field service-heavy businesses (Fire, Security, MEP, Engineering Services, etc.). Strong SAP S/4HANA integration knowledge, especially with SD, PM, CS, MM, EWM, and SAP Service Cloud. Experience in dispatching, scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution. Expertise in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), APIs, OData services, and cloud integrations. Knowledge of IoT, Predictive Maintenance, and real-time tracking solutions is a plus. Experience with Procore, SAP CPQ, or other field service-related third-party tools is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
