This role combines the responsibilities of a Business Analyst and Product Owner, focusing on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), particularly in semiconductor environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing digital operational processes, working with cross-functional teams, and leading MES configurations and deployments.Key Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end digital process flows to support R&D lab operations. Act as a Business Analyst for lab operations, with a focus on MES systems. Assess business requirements, collaborate with users to streamline needs, and ensure value delivery. Configure the MES platform to support lab workflows (e.g., FactoryWorks MES preferred). Document and maintain MES modeling processes and functional documentation. Co-develop MES product roadmaps with IT managers and stakeholders. Operate in an Agile development environment; manage sprint backlogs and prioritize features. Collaborate with UX teams to define the self-service experience and system monitoring. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Support the functional architecture across multiple lab processes. Create and review functional specifications (FS), and collaborate with technical architects for design. Participate in UAT, QA checkpoints, and ensure alignment with scope and business expectations. Provide global support across different time zones.Qualifications & Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Proven MES experience (FactoryWorks MES is an advantage). Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Self-starter with a proactive mindset.Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of experience in product or project development. Hands-on experience with MES solutions and/or semiconductor industry. Familiarity with Agile methodology, iterative development, and product lifecycle management. Proven track record in delivering data-driven, user-centric digital solutions.
