The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, resource management, and PMO leadership, with the ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional projects. This role requires strong expertise in financial modeling and the ability to present insightful analysis to executive leadership.Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for CAPEX and OPEX. Provide financial oversight and control for multiple high-value projects. Ensure efficient resource planning and allocation across cross-functional teams. Build and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel and Microsoft Access . Create and evaluate business cases , including NPV calculations and financial justifications for project investments. Oversee project governance , risk management , and stakeholder communication aligned with PMO best practices . Generate and deliver financial reports and executive-level presentations with actionable insights. Mentor project teams to ensure alignment with project methodologies, governance, and performance metrics.Required Skills: Strong background in project and program management in an enterprise environment. Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets across multiple large-scale initiatives. Expertise in financial analysis , modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and MS Access . Knowledge of financial evaluation techniques such as NPV , ROI , and scenario analysis. Strong understanding of resource planning , project controls , and cross-functional collaboration . Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder management.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP for financial planning and reporting. Prior experience working in a PMO-driven environment . PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
