Design and architect scalable, robust Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions to meet business needs across global logistics and supply chain functions. Define OTM architecture strategy and standards including best practices for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Lead full lifecycle OTM implementations including discovery, design, development, deployment, and support. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure cohesive solution design. Oversee the integration of OTM with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP) and third-party platforms using middleware (OIC, SOA, etc.). Provide technical leadership for OTM configurations, automation agents, workflows, and screen set customizations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps. Stay current with Oracle OTM product releases and recommend adoption of new features and capabilities. Mentor and guide OTM functional/technical consultants and developers. Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale OTM solutions (Cloud or On-Premise). Strong understanding of global transportation processes (planning, execution, settlement, compliance). Expertise in OTM configuration, automation agents, business process modeling, and custom screens. Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and system design principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
