Minimum 8 years of experience ----Knowledge of network, server, and database systems to effectively discuss and evaluate IT solutions with technical teams Experience with frameworks like ITIL to understand service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement processes Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration within an organization to understand how business processes are supported by technology Experience with strategic portfolio management and current trends in technology $$$$$ Knowledge in the utility industry and the systems supporting utilities ( PG&E, So Cal Gas, Dept of Energy, Water & Power, Electric Utility Companies, any water, electric or gas utilities companies Understanding of business operations, industry trends, and strategic planning to align IT initiatives with business goals and drive value POSITION SUMMARY - An experienced IT BRM will provide support to different business units. This position will collaborate with the IT PMO, Business, IT leadership team, stakeholders, business SMEs, etc. to ensure technology needs of the assigned business units are timely met. This person will enhance the alignment between IT and business objectives, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value and support strategic goals. Additionally, foster strong communication and collaboration across departments.
