Their role ensures that the network infrastructure aligns with business objectives, improves performance, and supports future growth. Essential Skills: 1. Strategic Planning & Architecture: Develop and implement long-term network strategies aligned with business goals. Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in network infrastructure. Design high-level network architectures to ensure scalability, security, and resilience. 2. Program & Project Management: Oversee large-scale network projects, including upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful execution. Manage cross-functional teams, including network engineers, vendors, and security experts. 3. Network Optimization & Performance: Analyze current network performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.
