This role offers the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge virtualized infrastructures across both bare metal and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement virtualized infrastructure solutions across bare metal and cloud platforms. Lead the review and development of architecture designs, test plans, and go-to-market strategies. Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation utilizing models such as C4, UML, and sequence diagrams. Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of distributed systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes infrastructure and application environments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Agile product delivery. Required Skills & Experience: Linux OS & Networking: Deep expertise in Linux OS, networking, and storage systems. Kubernetes Expertise: Extensive experience with Kubernetes ecosystems, including APIs, configuration, operations, and best practices. Bare Metal Solutions: Proven experience designing and implementing bare metal Kubernetes solutions (e.g., LXC/LXD, Podman, K3s). Container Networking (CNI): Hands-on experience with container networking tools like Calico, Cilium, Multus, and eBPF. Container Storage (CSI): Familiarity with container storage solutions, including Ceph, GlusterFS, and Longhorn. DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in tools like GitLab, Helm, ArgoCD, and Prometheus for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Kubernetes Troubleshooting: Strong background in troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure and application environments. Cloud-native Kubernetes: Experience with cloud-native Kubernetes, especially in AWS environments. Cluster Management Tools: Familiarity with Kubernetes cluster management tools (e.g., Rancher, Portainer, Rafay) is a plus. Kubernetes Operator Development: Knowledge of Kubernetes operator development is a plus. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration, communication, and Agile product delivery skills.
