This is a contract onsite role with a contract duration of approximately 14 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-level IT projects, particularly those involving data warehousing, system integration, and stakeholder coordination.Required Skills & Qualifications PMP Certification from PMI (Certificate Number must be provided) Minimum 5 years of recent experience in managing IT projects Proven success in delivering data warehouse projects Experience managing large-scale vendor-based system implementations Strong experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and communication planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple work streams and coordinate large project teamsPreferred Skills Experience with cloud-based data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) Understanding of customer-facing application development Familiarity with change management processes and enterprise training coordination Experience integrating Agile and Waterfall methodologies Knowledge of Floridas IT Project Management Standards (Rules 60GG-1.001 to 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.) Familiarity with ISO / IEC 20000 (ITSM standards) Proficiency with: MS Office Suite MS Project Microfocus PPM Azure DevOps (ADO) JIRAResponsibilities Lead and manage the PTO Data Warehouse Project from initiation through delivery Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives Manage all aspects of:Integration & Scope Management Schedule Planning & Time Tracking Quality Assurance & Deliverable Control Resource Allocation & Team Development Communication & Change Management Risk Management & Mitigation Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Ensure all project documentation and delivery adhere to Floridas IT Project Management standards (60GG-1.001 to 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.)
