Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices in configuration and development. Highlight technical debt and propose strategies for reduction. Evaluate workflows, process builders, and flows for performance and maintainability. Assess the design and usage of custom objects, fields, and relationships. Analyze data quality, identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and unused data. Create comprehensive documentation of findings, including technical health, risks, and recommendations.
