Experience / Knowledge on COTS products and React JS platform Have taken teams from Level 1 to Level 5 on the maturity model. The resource should be able to influence and shape the thinking of QA within the product team. Experience managing a growing Team of QA Resources across various Work streams &ampamp Programs within the Portfolio of 25 + QA Resources(current) Extensive Project/Program Management experience with capacity planning, estimations &ampamp Forecasting Experience with LifeSciences domain Or React JSS is added advantage.
