Contract Who are we looking for The Business Systems Analyst to facilitate and implement ACORD Insurance data standard for our L&A insurance customer who is building Databricks based data platform for Business Analytics purpose. Process Skills: Minimum 8 TO 10 Years of Life and Annuity Insurance experience. Experience in Policy Administration system is preferred. Experience with SQL including query creation Experience in Agile Methodology, facilitating scrum meetings and helping team build the prioritized product backlog Developing and executing proposed business and technical solutions Developing business requirements for the business/technology solutions that will allow the client and internal customer departments to become more efficient and effective Ensuring quality of solutions delivered (leading SIT and UAT) Identifying, developing and executing continuous improvement opportunities Other support to operations areas as identified Behavioral Skills: Very good communication skill who can coordinate with different platform streams, very proactive Very good in stakeholder management Qualification: A bachelors degree Minimum 10+ years experience in Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance work experience FLMI, ChFC, CLU or other industry- or field-related designations Good knowledge of PC, client/server, and network environments Microsoft PC software experience (i.e., Excel, Word, Access and Project) Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Experience with Insurance data standards like ACORD and data modelling is added advantage.
