Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance cloud-based applications using C#, .NET (Framework & Core), MVC, WebForms, and Web Services. Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure services (Functions, App Service, AKS, DevOps, etc.). Provision and manage cloud resources using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and storage solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and ensure security best practices (Azure AD, RBAC, OAuth). Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Collaborate in Agile/DevOps environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Azure cloud development experience. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or Node.js. Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Kubernetes, and DevOps. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep). Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, API management, and identity solutions (Azure AD). Agile/Scrum experience and strong debugging/optimization skills. Preferred Skills: Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400) are a big plus. Prior state government experience preferred. Knowledge of mobile/responsive design practices.
