Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Techno-Functional Lead Job Summary: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Techno-functional lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements using Oracle Logistics Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams including onshore/offshore members. Ideal candidate has strong Logistics & Distribution business process knowledge and hands-on experience with features and functionality provided by Oracle Transportation Management Cloud application. Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of OTM Domain structures, Inbound and Outbound Transportation Planning & Execution. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to architect business solutions including integration with Oracle ERP and WMS Cloud. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Capgemini clients, across various industries, to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end Inbound and Outbound Logistics & Distribution solutions using Oracle Logistics Cloud applications. Perform fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Logistics Cloud applications. Facilitate Client Workshops (Conference Room Pilots, Design Reviews etc.) to gather and analyze business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and business process designs Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs and resolve functional and technical issues. Be an active member within Capgeminis Oracle Business Line (OBL) community by leading estimations and solution development for client proposals, leading community development through knowledge sharing sessions and people development by being a people manager Required Skills: Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise in the Transportation Planning & Execution processes. Demonstrates experience in leading Logistics transformations through implementation of programs such as Transportation Planning (Mode selection, Load Consolidation & Optimization and Multi-stop planning) and Transportation Execution (Load tendering, Control Tower, Track & Trace and Visibility) solutions Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud. Must have implementation experience in designing & configuring Automation Agents in OTM Cloud Application Good knowledge of APIs provided by Oracle in OTM. Experience with architecting, Oracle and non-Oracle integrations, with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Warehouse Management Cloud applications using various integration protocols (EDI, XML) Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with Strong consulting experience, business analytical skills, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
