Job Title: IT Engineer I Zscaler Location: Remote for 3 months then Hybrid. Duration: 15 months Moi: Skypec2c Requires last FIVE digits of SSN Engagementwill consist of a full security review of our web proxy (Zscaler). The Zscaler (ZS) review will include an assessment of all ZS security policies,malware protection, firewall control, SSL bypass rules, and access controlpolicies. The assessment will include documentation of the current stateof policies of our Web Proxy, documentation of recommended changes to policiesbased on security best practices, and full implementation of suggested policychanges by working with our networking data services team. Tasks willalso include review of ZS logging to our SIEM to identify any possible gaps,and develop processes to ensure new state of web proxy is maintained by propersecurity review of any new policy changes. Function as a liaison between Securityand Networking/Proxy team. Additional administrative and security tasks will beassigned to assist with other efforts while not fully engaged with the Zscalerpolicy review. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience 2- 5 years web proxy and SSL decryption experiencenecessary with a major vendor comparable to Zscaler 1 3 years firewall management experience witha focus on security 5-7 years security experience with anunderstanding of web proxy security best practices and how to translate topolicies Required Skills/Experience The rest of therequired skills/experience. Include: Understand how the internet works at a protocollevel, including the differences between what the specs say, and what actuallyhappens on the internet Experience with configuring PAC files andsetting bypass and exceptions Great written communication skills that includeability to document current security state of a product, map out securityrecommendations, and ability to create security processes that can be adoptedby the organization. Confidence in LAN and enterprise networktroubleshooting skills Windows/Linux system administration skills, withadvanced troubleshooting skills Endpoint security software experience with rootcause analysis and troubleshooting ability Skills/Experience Optional butpreferred skills/experience.
