Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation. Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs. Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions. Strong Experience in Gensys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound. Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in app Foundry. Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues. Responsibilities: Mandatory: Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture. Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation. Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest ,SOAP and Genesys APIs. Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
