Position: SailPoint IIQ Senior Lead Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6-12 months Job Description We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Senior Developer/Lead to lead the implementation and design of SailPoint solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will play a critical role in architecting, deploying, and supporting SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions. The candidate will work directly with customers to ensure effective implementation while ensuring the highest standards of security and governance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions based on client requirements. Provide architectural expertise during the deployment process and across the implementation lifecycle. Collaborate with internal and client teams to define the system architecture and integration points. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance. Communicate effectively with clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and offering expert recommendations. Ensure the solution aligns with security standards, compliance requirements, and governance policies. Assist with the ongoing management, tuning, and enhancement of SailPoint implementations. Key Requirements: Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. Proven track record of designing and implementing SailPoint solutions in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts, protocols, and technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
