Provide training to the customer if needed2. Proactively inform customer on potential bugs in the developments3. Provide user support whenever needed4. Work along with other teams from the different applications5. Work along with other vendors on other projects have scope of JDE application6. Perform customer requested POCs7. Active participation with the customer on implementation or modification in business processes8. Sanity check of JDE application after requested by customer9. Prepare weekly report with the ongoing developments Competencies: Oracle JDE World Procurement Experience (Years): 4-6 Essential Skills: the resource will need to have JDE 9.2 background as a strong functional/technical resource with strong financial systems support. GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets, development experience,including programming and a working knowledge of web services, since a lot of our troubleshooting and maintenance requires support of web services.If the resource has an accounting background, that is a plus.The team member needs at least 10+ years of working with JD Edwards supporting finance.On-shore only but will not be required to be in the office unless requested. Desirable Skills: 1. Create and modify mapping documents for the interfaces 2.
