Location: Princeton, NJ - Onsite Term: Contract Role Job Description: The Service Delivery Manager oversees all aspects of service delivery, ensuring service levels are met, customer relationships are strong, and customer satisfaction is high. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric leader with experience managing teams and a deep understanding of service delivery processes.
