Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager oversees all aspects of service delivery, ensuring service levels are met, customer relationships are strong, and customer satisfaction is high. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric leader with experience managing teams and a deep understanding of service delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize service delivery processes

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service management

Establish and maintain service levels

Develop and manage customer relationships

Lead service delivery teams

Drive continuous improvements in service delivery

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly

Collaborate with departments for seamless service delivery

Monitor and report on service delivery metrics

Ensure compliance with company policies

Service Management:

Maintain high performance and implement improvements in service-related processes

Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating resolutions and post-incident reviews

Establish systems and procedures to support superior service delivery

Develop a deep understanding of projects and service delivery scope

Accountable for service delivery performance and customer expectations

Analyze internal and third-party processes to optimize service delivery

Performance & Quality Management:

Recommend and implement improvements for service delivery

Provide regular performance reports to management

Oversee staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring

Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication

Required Skills:

Service Management
: Expertise in service management principles, frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and best practices

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction

Leadership
: Ability to guide, delegate, and motivate teams effectively

Project Management
: Strong skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects

Problem-Solving
: Proficient in identifying issues and providing effective solutions

Continuous Improvement
: Proactive approach to identifying and driving service delivery improvements

Technical Knowledge
: Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure for effective collaboration with technical teams

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of service delivery processes

Exceptional leadership and customer management skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage and lead teams
